Unable to log in with a new user

Hello,
as indicated in the title, problem is with the session under Win XP.
I just create two user accounts for my sisters, with their password each. Until then, I had my admin account.
I just test for those users when I log on each session, after some seconds only the mouse pointer on a red desktop background. No icons on the desktop, no taskbar, etc.. Then I pressed Ctrl + Alt + Delete, I get the Session Manager, but it crashes if I want to close the session (and I am forced to do a hard reboot). Who could tell me what I can do to remedy this?

I'm in WinXP home SP2, HP-Compaq Presario, Processor AMD Athlon 64 3200 + 1.99Ghz of Ram.

delete accounts created (not the files if you want to keep).
recreate an account at a time without a password.
Once you create an account and everything works fine ... adds to this account password
and similarly for the other account.

Hello, and thank you for the quick response.
Unfortunately, the problem recurs, even after deleting accounts and re-creating without a password.
=> Start / Log X / Change User
=> Open another session (no password)
=> Hold on "loading personal settings", then
=> Office red, with nothing other than the pointer.
=> Ctrl + Alt + Del starts the Session Manager, but it is a stalemate.
Nothing else is possible.

Do you need more information to help me.

Do you have the xp cd.
If so, you done a repair of xp (you do not lose any file)

start your PC press f8 key until u get a menu

select safe mode option

ur system starts wid safe mode

open user accounts in control panel del password from user accounts if any

if not solved send me a mail ill share a software called password breaker. with that you can delete any passwords form your sys even administrator
