Setting up Connection using Proxy Setting

Hi,
In my office whenever we want to use internet it requires aproxy setting in order to access the web. I was thinking if is there any way to set the proxy as a connection specific setting,as i would prefer not to use the proxy when i connect to other networks.

Proxy setting in IE is global not as per Connection, I don't think so other browser also provide i guess.
