    WLAN problem with laptop

    hi,
i have HP Pavilion DV6626US 15.4-inch Entertainment Laptop,Intel Core 2 Duo Processor T5250, 1 GB RAM, 160 GB Hard Drive, Vista Premium.wireless adapter is an Intel (R) PRO / Wireless 2915ABG Network Connection adapter with latest drivers. All other drivers are up to date.

    Router is a WRT54G v2.2 with DD-WRT firmware v24SP1.

    Problem:
Pages load slowly, sometimes quickly, sometimes not, and then after a while (even 5min) tells me the bottom right Traysymbol that no area network (WLAN) was available.
After another moment,it finds the wireless network and connects again.
Since this is an unacceptable condition.

    hi,
Try to reboot your modem and or router? If not - turn both off for at least five minutes.

    hi,
Make sure the wireless adapter turned on? There should be a LED on the computer for wireless, if that one is off then your wireless is powered down. There is a FN+F key combination to turn it on.

    hi,
Are you SURE you have enabled the wireless on the laptop? Normally, there is either a small switch or function key sequence to enable and disable the wireless.
Can you able to connect the laptop using a wired connection to the router?
    Where's the IPCONFIG /ALL results?
