    sad Help New Server

Hello all I have a Windows Server 2003 Standard Adition x86 running my network. We just got a new server with Windows Server 2003 R2 Enterprise
x64 Edition. I want to run both on the same domain is this posible?
I have read the stuff about the adprep forest and adprep domain. Have tried
this and unless I'm doing it wrong it don't work. I have downloaded a hotfix that Micosoft say's should fix the problem but really have no way of testing it, and the MS site said it has not fully tested the hotfix yet.
So thats my problem and if anyone can help I would be greatfull.

    Thanks
    The frustrated one.

NetBackup licenses are expensive. Why would you want to do this? Why not have 1 master that can handle all the domain? Usually the only time additional masters are required is when you are dealing with multiple domains and DMZ's.

    Spyrus
What I am attempting is setting the servers up so I can switch users back and forth. This way if I have to work on a server I don't have to bring the network down. We are a 24/7 business.

Thanks for the link Raiz but problem is in DNS not DFS.
