Hello, I want to get rid of this virus HEUR:trojan win32 generic. It pop ups some ads automatically for virus software and some other ads. Please help me.

1. Download Avast Home Pro Edition here: http://avast.com/

2. Turn off system restore: Click Start, Right Click My Computer, Click Properties, Find System Restore Tab, Turn it off.

3. Re-Boot and go into safe mode.

4. Scan with avast and when it finds the viruses, put in the virus chest and when scan is done, delete em in the virus chest...

5. Go back to normal mode, turn on system restore, and you're done and virus won't come back...
