Can't remove Trend Micro antivirus

Hi,
I want to know even if deleting Trend micro from my PC when i was trying to install McAfee it asked me to uninstall Trend Micro first.
Now i don't have any idea how to remove a program which is not there on my computer for last 3 months.

Can you guys help me what to do for removal of Trend Micro so that i can install McAfee?

Well have you tried uninstalling Trend Micro from control panel Add remove utility?
If you have just deleted the Trend micro folder from program files its still there in your registry.
I suggest you to use some good registry cleaner software to remove this or what you can do is just download cleanup utility from microsoft.

Install it search for the program & remove it from there.

I have deleted all the files but it is still on the control panel i chave tried the pcctool.exe and gone through the registry searching for their BS. the disk is unable to remove trend micro when i try to reinstall

It's likely there are still some Trend Micro files or perhaps services running.

Please download HijackThis

* Save HJTsetup.exe to your desktop.
* Double click on the HJTsetup.exe icon on your desktop.
* By default it will install to C:\Program Files\Hijack This.
* Continue to click Next in the setup dialogue boxes until you get to the Select Additional Tasks dialogue.
* Put a check by Create a desktop icon then click Next again.
* Continue to follow the rest of the prompts from there.
* At the final dialogue box click Finish and it will launch HijackThis.
* Click on the Do a system scan and save a log file button. It will scan and then save the log and then the log will open in Notepad.
* Click on "Edit > Select All" then click on "Edit > Copy" to copy the entire contents of the log.
* Paste the log back into this thread
