Cannot Connect To Network Computers

Hi! i have a strange problem, i own a cyber cafe and i share the internet. though the internet is working perfectly fine, i am not able to connect to other computers on network for sharing data, nor am i able to share my printer. please help!!!

I'm using windows xp on all the computers. i was able to share data and printer previously. but since i formatted all computers (a lot of virus infection) i'm not able to connect to the network computer for sharing data. all the clien't use automatic ip address settings as it was the same previously too. please help!

Thanks for the information.
Try this out :

Right Click On "My Network Places" -> "properties"
Right Click On "Local Area Connection" -> "properties"
Now check the checkbox "File and Printer sharing for Microsoft Networks"
Now Click "OK"
Do this on all the computers and Reboot all of them once.
Now Try sharing printer and data.
