You need to assign your computer a manual IP address. Since You've already told me that your router is 192.168.1.1 , That means your on the 192.168.1/24 subnet which is

    192.168.1.*
    255.255.255.0

You need to go into your network connections under control panel, and find your network card. Right click on your network card icon and select properties. Scroll down to TCP/IP ( transmission control protocol/internet protocol incase you were wondering ) and hit properties.

Change the radio button from automatically assign IP address to Manually assign IP address and put this in

IP 192.168.1.5 ( this will be your computers IP address
Subnet 255.255.255.0 ( this will fill in automatically )
    Gateway 192.168.1.1

Change DNS from automatically assign to Manually Assign and put in

    192.168.1.1

Ok, now your computer is statically assigned the IP address of 192.168.1.5. You now have to go into the port forwarding on your router and input this IP address into the forward lines, Specifiy the ports that get forwarded to this IP. Do this for every set of ports you need. make sure you have UDP and TCP checked off. and that should do it

    Just Click here,
select your Belkin router model from the list provided, select 'Port Forwarding for the Belkin', and follow the instructions provided.

hope this will help you and solve your problem........

So, what you have to do is forward those ports you want open to the internal IP address of the machine you're trying to play the game on. Run->cmd and type 'ipconfig' in the dos box. That will tell you your internal IP address. It'll be something like 192.168.x.x.

In the router config that you mentioned put the port(or range of ports you want open) under 'Trigger Port'.
Select the type of connection(UDP or TCP)
Public port is your IP - 192.168.0.100 or whatever
Check the box to enable it.

That would setup the first TCP port settings you mentioned. Now, that first Trigger Port dialog box may not let you put in that many characters so you'll have to make seperate entries.
