    How to connect a USB key with XP on VirtualBox

    I have installed XP Pro in VirtualBox, and I arrive "to connect a usb key in xp? Please help me.

    You gotta go, before launching the virtual machine, in the settings of it and you add (active) support usb, usb in the tab.

    You can go to -> Disk Manager and can be changed the letter of identification -> Windows assigns and is possibly already taken

    With Virtual Box you have to install the Guest Additions and enable USB Controls. After this you must set up the USB Device Filters.
    as stated above, you must do all this before you start your Virtual Machine
