Advice to boost a PC Portable "Acer Aspire 5650"

Hello and Happy New Year 2009 to everyone I'm new to this forum but I would like to have advice to boost my laptop "Acer Aspire 5650" good is my birthday presents in advance is a laptop that I buy second-hand has bought itself time I made a good case and am sure about that.

Brand: acer
Model: aspire 5650
Hard Drive: 100GB (Toshiba MK1032GSX)
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 1.66 Ghz (by heart)
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce Go 7600 128MB
Operating system: Windows XP Service Pack 3

and I want to know what I can change to Windows Vista Ultimate and do not train with the games

So be aware that the changes in a laptop are not very obvious and very expensive!

• For the CPU it would take 100/150 euros to spend on something more than 2ghz. -> It's not too expensive and that it is consistent, except at the breakdown where it may heat up a little more
• For a hard drive, it takes 60 euros for 250GB in 5400tr/min and consistent:
• For the graphics card, if you want to change it takes 250/300 euros and not on whether it is compatible, but it will be much more effective in games.
• And Vista, it takes a minimum of 2gb ram. The ram cheap it costs about 30 euros for 2go. But right after I see no interest to move to Vista, especially when you want a PC performance!
