printing problem in network

hi,
i have 10 computers install windows-xp which are connected together in network the problem is generated when i try to print the word document from network printer the error message indicates "Could not start print job".
i am not able to understand the problem is regarding to os or network printer.
please help me!!!

i am also having same problem while printing from network printer the error message shows "Windows cannot print due to a problem with the current printer setup.
Try one or more of the following:
Check the printer by printing a test page from Windows.
Make sure the printer is turned on and online.
Reinstall the printer driver."
