Unable to repair or uninstall Bitdefender 2008

Good evening,

I realized that Bitdefender icon in the taskbar no longer allows me to have a menu with the click right and left click does nothing either.

I tried uninstalling via the control panel config but it blocks. I'm going through the program in my pc but nothing more. Neither repair or uninstall ????? I also made a System Restore but nothing was done?
I did not want to format the pc ......... what can I do?

Follow these steps :

• Go to Control Panel and double click Add/Remove programs;
• Wait for the installed software list to be displayed;
• Locate BitDefender into this list, highlight it and then click Remove;
• Wait for the uninstall process to complete and then restart your computer.
