| svchost.exe Application Error? help
hi i have windows xp & when i start my computer up i get a message.. The instruction at "0x00a598f0" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read". Click OK to terminate the program Click on CANCEL to debug the problem Im pretty sure this is a virus or something... how do i fix the problem???\ thank you |

Have you attempted to do any Windows Update anytime recently? Try to uninstall those updates, especially if you have installed the below updates: Security Update for Windows XP KB957097 Security Update for Windows XP KB955069 Security Update for Windows XP KB954459 Then re-install them using Windows Update service.
