Windows XP Pro PC network

Hello,

I am running WinXP Home with SP2 on a laptop, and I would like to know if it is possible to connect to a wireless network or bring up the "View Available Wireless Networks" window from the command prompt or a batch file. I am using a D-Link Air DWL-650 wireless card. It came with a program called D-Link Air Utility, but that seems to be strictly GUI-based.

I have looked into it a little bit, but I am not sure which commands would be appropriate. The descriptions for several of the commands say that the computer needs to be a server, which is not the case for my
laptop.
