    Errors at shutdown PC

    Hello to all.

During the shutdown of my pc appear many errors:

explorer.exe - Application Error: The instruction at "0x00c78fa0" made reference memory at "0x00c78fa0." The memory could not be "written".
Click on OK to terminate the program
    Click Cancel to debug the

    Term program - ctfmon.exe

    Term program - DW20.exe

    Term Program - explorer.exe

All this appears only if I use the PC for a while time, if I close all the above processes manually the session goes off normally.

In addition to the opening of the PC; I could hear the warning sound but not any errors.

I tried to run "Eventvwr" but there are some mistakes and I do not understand much.

Is there someone who can give me a hand?
    Many thanks to all.

    Hello,

    no one can help me?
you could post a HijackThis log?

    Download: here

launch, tell him accept, then tell him "do a system scan and save a logfile" and end scanning (fast) you'll see a window of notepad, save the log and places here in the form of attachment format. txt

unfortunately I see nothing suspicious in the Quote.

There is to say that for now avg gave problems of various kinds.

you are sure that you close all programs correctly before you start the computer off?
