Explorer crashes,Connection remains active!

Hi guys,

A few days, after a half hour of browsing, I suddenly crashes explorer icons of the toolbar change for a moment and sees that connection remains active, I get a message connection momentarily then I try to reconnect I get the classic message saying that it is impossible to view this page. The only relevant fact of the days preceding the problem is that I had scanned for virus(stick), but it didn't find for any viruses.
I am not able to solve the problem. I search related to this problem and I found this: \ WINDOWS \ system32 \ csrcjbox.exe
[WARNING] The file could not be opened!
I enclose the log and I hope to help me succeed.

Check for your Anti-virus software It is the only way to detect virus has attacked on your explorer icon to crash,use some strong Anti-virus.I am stressing on that because there are viruses which attacks explorer icons so that user cannot access it.

Just a minute ago antivirus gave me these 2 messages:
Virus or unwanted program 'HIDDENEXT / Crypted [heuristic]'
detected in file 'C: \ Documents and Settings \ NetworkService \ Local Settings \ Temporary Internet Files \ Content.IE5 \ KM430O3D \ hpcfnhc [1]. jpg.
Action performed: Delete files

Shortly after, while clicking on links that you have shown me, I seemed screen connection explorer, as if it were the fall line, but I clicked connect and pages loaded normally. Already seems to be better ...
