i have great problem with removing reverse lookup on non-existing DNS server. My domain was previously hosting by a hosting company which has bankrupted. As i have already migrated to another hosting company, i just found my domain is not working with new IP, what has found out there was reverse lookup with previous hosting company, i have chated with the datacenter, due to the outstanding payment issue they have with the previous hosting company, they do not change any setting. My problem is that is it possible i can remove it reverse lookup entry without accessing the previous DNS server, my domain now is not funtion. Please help me!!

Try to Uninstall the DNS server setup from the control panel and reinstall it with the new DNS server IP address...

If you are ready with the uninstallation I can provide you the detail procedure about how to set up New DNS server.
