    Trojan "bitkv0.dll" Help

I have an anti-virus "Antivir", and it detected a trojan "bitkv0.dll". It is in the main folder C:\Windows\system32\bitkv0.dll but is unable to be deleted or put into quarantine. What should I do to remove it? Thank you in advance.
