    Infected by Trojan horse

I just ask for help because after a review with my anti virus after many commercials for anti spyware which opened as soon as I went on the Internet, the result tells me that I am infected with several viruses. I like avast anti virus, and I have installed Ad-aware, CCleaner, and spybot which I also use regularly. I tried to take more information to come to grips with its virus, but they still come back, even after deleting. I had already deleted 4 viruses. I wanted to try the Boot failure, but I have a USB keyboard, which apparently does not work for this function ... What is the solution, knowing that I have no keyboard "not usb". And I do know that few things in computing, I find myself a little outdated ...
I would like your help to overcome the virus, thank you in advance.

Do not lose more time doing scans with your security software, they are all overwhelmed (and CCleaner is not one, it only deletes temporary files)
    Get SmitfraudFix: http://siri.geekstogo.com/

    - Save it to the desktop
    - Double-click on selected SmitfraudFix.exe and then option 1 Entry
    - A report will be generated, post it in your next response.

    Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware: http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php

    - At the end of the installation, ensure that "update Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware" is checked
Reboot in "Safe Mode": Restart your computer and tap the F8 key repeatedly until the menu options of Windows, and select "Safe Mode". Choose your usual session

    Launch MBAM
In the "Search" tab, check "Run a comprehensive review" and "Search"
Select your hard drives then click on Run
At the end of the scan, click View Results
Check all elements detected and then click Delete Selected
    Record report
If you get asked to restart, click Yes

Scan the results and post it here.
