Virus Removal Manual Needed?

Can anyone provide a step-by-step instruction on how to or a checklist or a video to buy, or a training course geared toward virus removal.

I know it can also be achieved by going through 'the school of hard knocks' but is there an online resource to help someone to learn this faster.

So, please forward if anyone has it.

It may be available on the Internet but as far as I know i have never come across such things before, the simple thing you could do is that Look up the virus and find out how it sinks its hooks in. Go in safe mode, command prompt, and/or boot disk and delete the files and registry keys.
I know its looks very confusing but it is general over view of what to do but it should tell where you are moving.
