ASUS RT-N13 SuperSpeed N Wireless Router Surfs Net With Security

Enjoy Seamless Multimedia Streaming, Bandwidth Priority and Security Enhancements with ASUS RT-N13 SuperSpeed N Wireless Router for Ultimate Interoperability

The ASUS RT-N13 SuperSpeed N Wireless Router is an 802.11n draft 2.0 certified wireless router which is fully compatible with 802.11b/g/n network routers. The RT-N13 is capable of transfer speeds of up to 300 Mbps, making it highly suitable for multimedia streaming. User friendliness is also a key design feature of the RT-N13's interface, with EZConfig and WPS for secure Wi-Fi network set-up and EZQoS for bandwidth management. The RT-N13 also implements Green Network technology, which allows it to automatically select between different power modes to provide the best performance. This translates into more power savings for ecofriendliness.

    Features

    • 802.11n for Seamless Multimedia Streaming and High Speed Data Transfers

The RT-N13 adopts the latest 802.11n draft 2.0 standard that enables high speed data transfers and unparalleled interoperability between b/g/n-draft devices. This allows users to enjoy even faster local network transfer rates for online gaming, e-mails, web browsing, high definition audio visual streaming and VoIP.
    • EZQoS – Bandwidth-On-Demand (BOD) for Optimized Bandwidth Allocation

With Bandwidth-On-Demand (BOD), users simply allocate bandwidth according to their individual needs through the bandwidth management interface. By setting priorities on which application should be allocated more bandwidth, users can maximize bandwidth for gaming, the Internet and VoIP / video streaming, ensuring latency-free usage when they need it most.
    • File Sharing and Peace of Mind with Security Enhancements

The RT-N13 ensures that users can safely share files with features such as the NAT Firewall, SPI (Stateful Package Inspection) Firewall, a MAC address filter and an URL based filter. These features provide users with the ease of mind, especially when personal documents are involved.
    • Green Network – Power Saving and Eco-Friendly

The RT-N13 incorporates Green Network technology which automatically detects that a linked or several linked computers are not in operation, and then selects a power mode for the best performance and minimal power consumption.
