I have AVG installed on my Home PC, i have set it to scan the user test and complete test, my user test so far has been running over 34 hours. what is wrong. How to change settings on schedules and how what others things should I set differently.

I have AVG installed on my Home PC, i have set it to scan the user test and complete test, my user test so far has been running over 34 hours. what is wrong. How to change settings on schedules and how what others things should I set differently.

There could be a number of reasons for this to occur.
Firstly, How many HDD's and what are their sizes that are installed in this machine?
Secondly, Which version of AVG™ do you have?
