Is Password Expiry is good practise?

I have some e-mail accounts, with some important content stored in it, and 2 or 3 accounts has a same Password, I keep it same because I do not want to remember the password of each account every time, so I asked some of my college for good options regarding how to keep Information stored, they have suggest me for the Password expiry, is it really helpful in real life, please help...

According to me changing your passwords regularly is best practice, expiry is an implementation technique that forces users to follow best practice.

The problem is that every single scheme makes passwords more predictable than before and now there are lot of technology which explores the password to the unknown person within a week.
I always prefer to change account password at every 15 to 20 days interval.

Password Expiry is also a good practice, as it generates a new password after every 15-20 days interval, it also lets you know when your current password going to expire, it provides the different combination of letters from your suggested word or sentences which help you to remember the password. that's actually good feature it provides.

Ya Password Expiry Is The Good Practice, But Its Difficult To Remember Different Passwords Also.so We Can Keep Similar Passwords Like password+yourname,password+surname,password+yourpetname.
