Router Getting Disconnect Again and Again!

Hi all,
I am facing problems with my Router when I surf internet or play online games. I keep disconnecting from the network,i tried to change my SSID and try switch off the router and i also tried making the security to defult bit i still get disconnected.
My router is 2 wire and some time i see a red light flashing on my Router. So do anybody can help me?

If you see a red light flashing its retraining to the ASDL link.
this happens due to noise on the line so check all phone wire for breaks or split.

This problem you will face more if your phone rings and you answer it then you will find the click of the phone makes the router reset.
If your not on static IP address the router could also be switched by your ISP as it changes your IP address after specified lease time.
Check with your ISP what contract you have.

Check in your Router settings for lease time to wifi.It may be set to certain time limit you'll out after that time limit, set it in your Router settings to unlimited to your wifi MAC address.
