I have a Cisco Call Manager 4.1 its call back feature is activated now i want to deactivate it can any one explain me how to deactivate the call back feature in it.
To deactivate the Call back feature in Cisco CallManager 4.1 you need to perform the following directions:
1)First go to to the Administration window of Cisco CallManager, select Service-> Service Parameters.
then Service Parameters Configuration window will apear.
2)Now from dropdown server list select your server and then from dropdown Service list selact Cisco CallManager.Then the Service Parameters Configuration window will display parameters for Cisco CallManager.
3)Scroll down to Clusterwide Parameters (Call Back) and set the call back Enabeled flag to False.
4)Go to the top of the window and clickon Update.
The parameters will updated.
After the Update will complete restart Cisco CallManager.
i)From the Windows Start menu, select Programs -> Administrative Tool ->Services.
ii)From the Services menu, select Cisco CallManager.
iii)Click Action on -> Restart.
Cisco CallManager will restart with the Call Back Enabled feature as disabled.
