Protected area for the exchange of files

Do you know a simple (and not too expensive) program to transfer file on a server. The idea is to have access by a group of persons with a correct interface. I found a website with such program but it's too expensive for my budget.

Someone knows there an alternative?

From my little experience, I ended up using filezilla!

Since your panel server you defined the rights and then just very little time to make someone how it works.

Then at least you're sure to have no problems, upload walk at any time with any file, they are fast and security is top issue.

Asked interface is simple effective:
- Local File / remote file
- Progress bar
- Drag and drop

I did it once with customers who want to have their files accessible from anywhere, they learned in five minutes and since then they are super happy! For me, it took just 2 min to make up.

Finally it is a nice addition to providing a customer service, just open a file on the server and three clicks it to a remote paging file at its disposal.

If you seek something done everything there are many solutions. I do not remember the name but I will post here when I get it. Otherwise a small Upload file simply protected by a PHP script. It is what it's worth but it is still better than nothing.

Otherwise there is Net2ftp. Anyway I do not think this is what you seek
