Big server crash in 2000 and NT4 servers

Hello,
I am bot an expert in computer. I have a big problem started this morning, the network of my business does not work. I went on the server and I looked at the status of those on vmware-xi: indeed the server 2000 and NT4 are stucked. When I try to restart the following message appears:

Virtual Machine Message
"msg.hbacommon.outofspace: There is no more space for the log of ENGL APPLI02_2-000005.vmdk. You maybe able to continue this session by freeing disk space on the relevant partition, and clicking Retry. Otherwise, click Abort to terminate this session."


Indeed, I think the memory is full. But what kind of memory is it? In addition, my supervisor is on vacation this weekend and it is impossible to reach, and it has changed the cartridge from the server on Friday. I think it is mainly concerned about disk space and memory ... You can not start a session on the server, like what you say? I think you must give more space to the server, by changing the settings on the machine VMWare.

try reloading the SP6A and rollup patches. Sounds like you have corruption there somewhere. Also, your disks aren't too full are they?
