Unable to turn windows firewall off why?
Hello, I have windows XP SP2 can't turn my windows firewall off! Can you help me? |

Can you tell us some more information about your problem? What security guard or antivirus is installed if you have any? |

Well sorry for not describing my problem completely. I have ZoneAlarm installed on my system. |

You need to log in as an administrator and you should be able to turn it off. |

Control Panel - Administrative tools - Services, double click "security center" Click on "stop" button. Hope this helps! |
