    Unable to turn windows firewall off why?

    Hello,
    I have windows XP SP2 can't turn my windows firewall off!
    Can you help me?

    Can you tell us some more information about your problem?
    What security guard or antivirus is installed if you have any?

    Well sorry for not describing my problem completely.
    I have ZoneAlarm installed on my system.

    You need to log in as an administrator and you should be able to turn it off.

    Thanks a lot guys for your support but the problem is still with the admin login.

    Control Panel - Administrative tools - Services, double click "security center"
    Click on "stop" button.
