Are you using WindowsXP or ME? Judging by the path, it seems the virus is in your system restore files, and those files are inaccessible from Windows. (Except when you do a system restore.)
Have you started the computer and entered the safe mode during the startup and then used AVG's scan to heal the virus? Are you getting an cannot access due to the file being in use message?
Copy and paste the name/location of the infected file from your scan
results/log into start/search/for files and folders and when you locate the
file delete it from there. I am able to do this and get around the system
restore that way.
AVG should remove it, but to make sure I would also use a program called Spybot Search and Destroy which is also free.
