| File sharing problem between my PC & laptop
i have PC and laptop connected on a Netgear Super G Wireless Router both have XP pro installed. Laptop is wireless connected & PC is wired. I want to share files between both of them but cant do that. I have shared my laptop drive with my PC with right click & hiting share the folder on the network. What part i am missing? Help me.  |

What files are you trying to share? I mean what size? |

I think you should have shared a folder instead of sharing the drive. Dont think sharing the drive is a good idea. At times many firewalls will block win file sharing. Both machine should belong to the same workgroup, you will have to use brows entire network icon to see the share. |
