Any other alternative for VPN connection

Hello everyone

I have set up a VPN connection between my office pc and home computer. But this connection works very slow. Is their any other alternative to this? Basically I want to do my office work at home. Is that possible?

Have you tried pinging your pc? Also try a tracert on command prompt. This will definitely tell you were the connection is going down.

Can you specify as to what is slow, browsing the net or doing some normal work or something else?

Actually I was doing my work yesterday and while opening a word file that was stored on my office pc, it took around 5 - 10 mins to open it which irritated me a lot.

This could be because of your internet connection which is too slow to respond to receive content from your office pc. Just check it!
