Good LAN Chat software

I have a 8 machines set-up in my office. The server has Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition and clients have WinXP Professional SP3

I want a free LAN chat software so that i can Text Messaging, File Transfer, Voice Chat, etc without having internet connection.

Please suggest a good free software.

VYPRESS is the best Software for LAN Chat, but it doesn't support Voice Chat.

The best i found for chatting on LAN is Outlook Messenger. It supports test chatting, voice chat, smileys , etc.. It also works both alone and with connections to Microsoft Outlook, allowing users to share their e-mails, contacts, notes, tasks and appointments. It installs automatically and instantly on all machines on the network as it requires no server and there is no need to configure an IP address.
