I am trying to upgrade my office and I am getting error 1311, I am not able to upgrade my office. I am not sure what kind of a error is this can you please help me ?

Even whenever I am trying to upgrade my office 2007 I am also getting the same error message. I am not sure how I can fix this issues on my machine. Can somebody over here help me out. If I find anything I'll let you know.
