I installed Office 2007 and Microsoft Office Document Scanning but there are few problems. Before I discuss the problems I would like to know whether TWAIN is required to make Office Document Scanning work properly?
Please provide your suggestions.

I don’t think TWAIN is mandatory with Microsoft Office Document Scanning. By the way what makes you think so? What problem are you facing with the same?
Until then you can read everything about Microsoft Office Document Scanning here http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/he...001077103.aspx
Though i dont have any personal experience with this but i'm sure Patton is correct because I was surfing web but regarding the same and i didn't see something about if Twain is a requirement for scanning or is possible scan without it.And, if we use twain, this means that the scanner has to take hard disk.
Hello Nurturing, it is not compulsory that Microsoft Office Document Scanning must need TWAIN driver for the scanner but in case scanner has an automatic document feeder sometimes that seems to work better for it to be able to do multi page scans to Word than trying to work with a WIA device.
