There are users who cannot open Word documents from attachments within Outlook 2007. We have installed Office 2007 Pro on Vista. If the use double click the attachment, then word opens to a blank page. When the document is saved to a location, then it will open with a double click but any mouse related editing does not work and the options page is all greyed out as well. I have removed and reinstalled but that didnt work. We can only solve this one workstation by completeing an OS reinstallation. Is there any other way to do this. Thanks.
