Looking for new page borders for Word 2003

Can anyone tell me from where I can get new borders to use in Word Documents? Particularly interested in the various ribbons like breast cancer, aids, etc. Thanks

Actually, there is no way to do that directly, but while microsoft enabled the page border editor in MS Office Publisher, then the Word Team elected to not enable that feature in Word for the five versions where its been available, why has never been clear though.
