Office 2003 Service Pack 3 won't install

I am able to download Office 2003 Service Pack 3 but am not able to install it. The message says that the download will not install and will also not given any reason what so ever. I even tried to search for some fixes but was not able to find any. Can anyone please help me out? Thanks.

The issue that you are facing can occur because the Microsoft Windows Registry is corrupted and a registry key that provides the path of the original installation source for the Microsoft Office 2003 program is missing. Or, some third-party programs that modify the Microsoft Windows Registry removed the registry keys that are required by the Office 2003 Setup program.
