Error installing Office 2007 - D:\outlookr.WW\Osetup.DLL digitalsignature does not validate or is not present

Last week I bought an Office 2007 Enterprises edition directly from Microsoft. Today when I’m trying to install it gives me an error message saying:

“D:\outlookr.WW\Osetup.DLL digital signature does not validate or is not present”

I tried searching for help regarding this on Microsoft Forums but dint found anything. And if I call up Microsoft they will charge me $200 which is quite high for such tech help. So can anyone here have any idea regarding this error? Please let me know some solution. Thank you.

Do a search for a file called "gdiplus.dll" in c:\windows\*.* Once found copy the file to c:\windows

Try install again.

Try the below method to fix this issue:

Go to Start | Run | browse to the location where you have the CD for example:-

Start | run | D:\<path where you have the setup for project> | double click on setup.exe

Note:- D: is the CD drive letter where you have inserted the CD for Project 2007 Std.
