| WksSb.exe Entry Point Not Found w/MSWorks Suite 2002
After logging in to XP, I receive the error message, "WksSb.exe Entry Point Not Found" with the text, "The procedure entry point ?WzCopyTrunc@MWblStrings@@SAPAGPBGHPAG@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library WKWBL.DLL." I've tried uninstalling MS Works, reintalling, copying only that .exe file, restarting....nothing works. I'm afraid to install Office SBE 2003 Business Edition until this is solved. Any suggestions? Thanks so much, Debbie |

Maybe I'm just tired but I don't understand what you mean by "after logging into XP". Do you mean that as soon as you start Windows XP and sign in or are you talking about something else? If you go to this site and follow the instructions it will fix the problem http://support.gateway.com/s/SOFTWAR...181faq24.shtml When Works is uninstalled it doesn't completely remove itself and you need to run the clean-up program mentioned above. I have just followed it and I am now back to using Works with no errors Regards John |
