OUTLOOK ERROR PLEASE HELP Office12Crash

I’m using MS Office 2007 on my Vista Ultimate system with Outlook. I don’t have any problem with mails but whenever I try adding new email address it gives me the following error message:

Hey even I’m facing the same problem with my outlook. It started just couple of days and the error appears only while sending or receiving mails. When I checked the Event Viewer for more info, I got this:

Before the problem started, the very first time I received error saying “Outlook has stopped working”. It started appearing every time I launch Outlook.

I guess the problem is with Outlook and Vista compatibility. Even I’m having the same problem since I upgraded my system to Vista. In my case outlook just crashes as soon as I try to send & receive mails. Hope Microsoft must do something with this.
