What is difference between 2007 office professional and Enterprise

Hey guys, I’m not here with any problem with Office, but need an urgent suggestion regarding the same. Actually my son’s college has recommended to buy him a laptop with MS Office Profession 2007 due to some project work. I have order a Dell Inspiron 1520 laptop for him with Vista Business Edition and MS Works 8.

Now as far as MS Office is concerned, I’m working in a company where I can buy Office Enterprise 2007 edition for the one fifth of the actual price of MS Office Professional. So I wanted to know whether Enterprises edition is having everything which MS Professional have?

Can Enterprises be a substitute of Professional edition?

First of all installing Office Enterprises edition on your son’s office laptop that also for college project work will be a Violation of terms and agreement. Sorry I can't provide a better link, but there's nothing clear about Office Enterprise except something about Volume Licencing Keys...too much effort.
