What is difference between 2007 office professional and Enterprise

I am purchasing a new Dell Inspiron 1520 laptop w/Vista Business Edition and
MS Works 8 for my daughter for college. The college has suggested 2007 Office
Professional however I can purchase a copy of 2007 Office Enterprise edition
through my employer for one fifth of the price of Professional. Does the
Enterprise version have everything that comes with Professional? Wouls she be
missing any component of Professional? Thanks for your help.

I believe you purchasing the Enterprise Edition to install on your daughters
computer would be a violation of the license agreement your employer has
with Microsoft for the Enterprise Edition as it is Volume Licensed to
Business and Academic Customers. I recommend you look at the licensing
agreement to make sure it would be ok for you to install...

Sorry I can't provide a better link, but there's nothing clear about Office Enterprise except something about Volume Licencing Keys...too much effort.
