Any idea what HHCTRL Event ID 1904 is, 250+ times in app log

I cannot understand why this event ID is showing up in my log over 250 times and I was just thinking what it is and if it was caused by the dreadful slowness that I am getting. Can anyone please help? Thanks.

It is not a matter of worrying. You can ignore that error. There can be some internal component which is missing or damaged due to which you are getting the error. You can simply run system restore and get your old settings back. It is necessary that through event log you can find out the exact cause or the application which is causing the problem.
