Windows Search Protocol Host has encountered a problem and needs t

Every time I open Outlook, I receive this error about 10 times, and then
subsequently when opening Word or Excel, you may/may not get the error again
a couple of more times.

I see this posted a couple of times -- NEED A SOLUTION!
