where can i find free download for microsoft outlook tanslator

I am right now trying to import data from an Excel file to Outlook Contacts. But in the process, explains that I am missing 'Microsoft Outlook translator'. I bought this computer with XP Pro and have no disc. Is it possible to download this thing? Thanks

You can try to apply to the OEM from whom you can but the computer for the Office discs, they are actually obligated to supply them and all.
