Is there a free .mdi reader?

I just need a small quick suggestion I just wanted to know if there is any alternate free .mdi reader available which I or my client can download in case they don’t have MDI or Office suite installed on their computers?

I suppose a Trial copy of Office 2003 might be considered a reader. Alternatively you can save the .mdi to a .tif format because most image viewers support viewing .tif files.
