Need SKU111.cab file

I have installed MS Office 2007, the installation went fine but now i am not able to start outlook. I get a message saying SKU111.cab file missing. I don't have the original Office 2003 Professional disk, i have installed it from pen drive. I have checked out for the file in my system and the pen drive but i am not able to find it anywhere. Is there any site from where i can download the SKU111.cab file ? If yes then please let me know.
