Messages Stuck in OutBox Resending Continuously

I have been having a problem with messages getting stuck in my outbox in
Outlook and then resending continuously. I understand this happens when you
send files larger than your ISP provider allows. Today, I was sending
messages and replying to messages with very small attachements and got one
stuck, but it wasn't visible in the outbox so I couldn't just delete it.
When I close out Outlook it is still trying to send the email message but
there is none in the OutBox. I have wondered if I need to uninstall and then
reinstall or if there is another fix without all that work. Any suggestions?

I am sorry no one has been able to answer your question yet. I don't have
much expertise with which to help you with. I have found that when program
functions break it is a good idea to have Windows Restore to load an earlier
restore point to see if that will solve the issue. It may not be the program
itself that is broken, but is a setting in the registry that is corrupt.
Going to an earlier restore point will solve that kind of problem.

Alternatively you can save your PST file then go into control panel,
uninstall Outlook, reboot, then reinstall it. You then can restore the PST
file and see if that solves the issue.
