Can't save to server - KB980232 - How to remove?

I am trying to remove the KB980232 update without success. The update does not show up in Add and Remove Programs. It will however show up by going to the MS Update site as being installed on the 4/13. I have found the info in the Registry and the uninstall info as C:\WINDOWS\$NtUninstallKB980232$\spuninst\spuninst.exe. But I get an error message "The system cannot find the path specified". How do I remove it then? Thanks

Your problem is looking so weird, as per my knowledge this is happening with some firewall settings. If your firewall is not allowing you to perform update then you cannot see it in add or remove program. So try to disable your firewall settings. Or you can contact with the Microsoft regarding this issue.
