Send to mail recipient (as attachment) not linking to Outlook 2003

Whenever I try to send a email through Microsoft Excel I am getting a error on the screen. The error is about General Message Failure. It says to restart the email and check once again. I had done that a number of time but still it does not work. I had configured the mail setup some time before which looks to be working fine through Outlook. But it is complicated to use it through Excel. Can anyone help me on this.

Just reconfigure the email once again and then check back. The issue will be resolved. You have to do the settings from scratch and it will offer you a easy way to fix the error. You can try using outlook instead. I am facing the same issue on Word and till today not able to get any fix for it.

Start in:

%OutlookRoot% is the install directory of Outlook

It worked just great ! Thank you, that was that "/a" that made the difference.
